Marzin Invest brokered the sale and rental negotiations for dozens of commercial and residential properties at the forefront. One of the most important in the fashion sector was for the Prada group between the years 2008/2009. In collaboration with the Arch Hubicka studio, the first floor of the building located in Pařižska Street 16 was converted from residential to commercial, at the time the first ever case on the famous fashion street. Three floors connected to each other for a total of 750 m2.

Marzin Invest took care of all the bureaucratic and planning part, organization of the tender for the renovation, management of the construction site and then reached the final delivery of the shop to the customer in a few months. Store opening organization 8.6.2009. Operational management from 2008 to 2012.
